Dedicated to Safeguarding
At Scope Training, Safeguarding is at the heart of what we do and we pride ourselves on ensuring effective and impactful processes that minimise harm to vulnerable learners.
We’re committed to providing effective safeguarding arrangements. We treat our learners with respect, intervene appropriately to protect them and provide them with a suitable social education.
All our staff undergo regular training on safeguarding and child protection, and we have a designated safeguarding lead who is responsible for ensuring staff are up-to-date with the latest guidance and procedures. We also provide training on first aid, health and safety, and other relevant areas to ensure staff are equipped to identify and respond to any safeguarding concerns.
We have a clear procedure in place for reporting any safeguarding concerns, and we encourage staff, parents, and other stakeholders to raise any concerns they may have. Our staff are trained to identify and respond to safeguarding concerns, and we have a designated safeguarding lead who is responsible for managing any concerns raised.
