Quality & Performance Manager

Ensuring the delivery of exceptional training programs and maintaining our commitment to excellence. Having a keen eye for detail and passion for continuous improvement whilst driving the quality assurance process and monitoring the perofrmance of metrics of our apprenticeship programs. Maintaining the exceptional standard of our trainign programs and providing apprentices with exceptional learning experiences that set them up for a lifetime of career success.

Traineeship Manager and Employer Liaison

Playing a pivotal role in our organisation by overseeing the traineeship programs and fostering strong relationships with employers. Providing a keen understanding of the needs and expectations of nursery employers and deploying successful implementation of traineeship initiatives. Alongside this, your role will also include ensuring the needs of our employers are met on apprenticeships.

Recruitment Officer

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs of our ourganisation. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the onboarding of successful applicants. Your goal will be to ensure  that all recruitment efforts are efficient, effective and aligned with our company ethos.

Tutor & Assessor

As part of your role as tutor and assessor, your responsibilities will include ensuring that our apprentices receive high-quality training and support as they progress towards their career goals. Your role with further involve assessing and evaluating the progress of our learners, providing them with valuable feedback and guidance to support their development. Alongside this, you will also work closely with trainers and assessors to maintain the highest standards of training, ensuring that our learners receive a comprehemsive learning experience.

Recruitment & Admin Support

As a Recruitment and Admin Support, you play a critical role in supporting our learners and employers. Working closely with Recruitment Officer, coordinating and managing the recruitment process from job postings to candidate screenings to scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate communication. Your support on this role will ensure that our recruitment process runs seamlessly, attracting and securing top talent for the nurseries that we work with.

Functional Skills Assessor

As a Functional Skills Assessor,, you will play a vital role in supporting and assessing apprentices in their journey to develop essential English and Maths skills. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality teaching, training, and assessment to ensure apprentices achieve functional skills qualifications in English and Maths. By utilising your expertise and guidance, you will empower apprentices to enhance their literacy and numeracy abilities, enabling them to succeed in their chosen careers.

Childcare Assessor

As a Childcare Assessor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and assessing individuals who are pursuing qualifications in childcare and early years education. Your primary responsibility will be to assess learners’ knowledge, skills, and competence in various aspects of childcare practice. By providing guidance, feedback, and support, you will empower learners to achieve their qualifications and develop the necessary skills to excel in their careers as childcare professionals

ILR and Compliance Officer

As a Recruitment and Admin Support, you play a critical role in supporting our learners and employers.
