Farah Farooq is an accomplished and visionary CEO, bringing her extensive experience and leadership skills to Scope Early Years. Farah, co-founder of Scope Early Years, is able to bring the company's vision to life to motivate and inspire her team. With her exceptional track record in business management and early years education, Farah leads our company in delivering high-quality early years education to our learners. Farah continues to run Outstanding day nurseries alongside her position as CEO of Scope Early Years.

Faizah Aboobakar

Director of Quality
Faiza Aboobakar, co-founder of the company, is an experienced and dedicated Director of Quality bringing her expertise and knowledge to Scope Early Years. With her exceptional track record in quality assurance and her commitment to continuous improvement, Faiza ensures the highest standards of quality in our early years education programs. Her continuous improvement responsibilities identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of changes that lead to better learner outcomes.

Nafeesah Mussa

Director of Operations and Curriculum
Nafeesah Rafiq, co-founder of Scope Early Years, is committed to ensuring the values and ethos are maintained throughout the company. With her wealth of knowledge and expertise in curriculum design and operations management, Nafeesa leads our team in the effective delivery of high-quality early years education. Nafeesa's curriculum design responsibilities ensure that our programs meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in early years settings.
